Scenario-based eLearning Experience

This eLearning experience concept project is designed to educate and train healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and support staff, on how to effectively utilize telehealth technologies and provide remote medical care. This eLearning project incorporates realistic scenarios to simulate various telehealth situations, allowing learners to gain practical experience and skills. Here's a detailed description of such a project:

Telehealth, while a valuable tool for remote healthcare delivery, faces several challenges that need to be addressed to ensure its effectiveness and widespread adoption. Here are some common problems associated with telehealth and potential solutions:

My Process

Creating a scenario-based eLearning telehealth project involves several key steps to ensure its effectiveness in training healthcare professionals. First, I identified the specific learning objectives and goals of the telehealth training program. Determined what skills and knowledge healthcare professionals need to acquire. Next, I engaged with subject matter experts (SMEs), telehealth practitioners, and potential learners in the project. Their insights will be invaluable in shaping the content and scenarios. Then I developed a detailed curriculum or course outline that covers the essential topics related to telehealth, including technology usage, patient communication, legal and ethical considerations, and clinical skills. Following that, I integrated interactive elements into scenarios to enhance engagement and decision-making. Examples include branching scenarios, quizzes, case studies, and virtual patient encounters. Lastly, I tested each slide scenario to make sure it’s working properly before it was launched.
